Overview
The theme this time is Health and Well-being [Staying safe and sane during and after the pandemic].
This webinar will focus on ways in which staff, informal carers and volunteers can support themselves and maintain their own mental health.
Our speakers will focus on what can be done to use the few resources there are around effectively and thus enable those providing support to continue to do so without burnout and managing their own stress.
There will be an opportunity to hear what others have done and how they have supported their staff teams, as well as how the regulators have supplied support; and how everyone has worked with others to develop resources.

- Sue Howard, CQC
- Juliet Green, Skills for Care
- Lisa Cowley, Beacon Centre
- Nandita Divekar, Medway Hospital
