We held a pampering day for the Residents, Beauty Therapist Carol Stowe delivered Hand Massages and Facials during the morning, as part of our Dignity Action Day, Carol and staff members signed up to become Dignity Champions, and we promoted Dignity In Care.We discussed the 10 points of Dignity. The Residents enjoyed the beauty treatments, and said they all would like the treatments to be regular. This is now taking place once a fortnight.
