Bake' N' Ballons

A small group of residents baked cookies and fudge, a wonderful purposeful activity in its self. Staff then wrote personalised messages to each resident, then along with some fudge and cookies, placed them into individual parcels.

Each resident received a parcel full of a treat and the staff's love.

Staff had a wonderful time baking and making the parcels, just about as much as the residents enjoyed receiving them.

Residents expressed that they thought it was a thoughtful and lovely gesture from the staff. The whole activity made them feel recognised and loved for who they are and the joy that they bring to the staff who care form them.
