Dignity Charter

Promoting dignity in care is a top priority and the Independent Care Group (ICG) and North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) have worked together to create a Dignity Charter for North Yorkshire which we are asking all care providers to sign up to. On Dignity Action Day, our ICG Chair Mike Padgham and Derek Law, Corporate Director of Adult and Community Services at NYCC visited a day centre and joined in the activities before signing the Charter.
