Dignity Tree - Warwickshire County Council

For Dignity Action Day on 1st February 2018 at Warwickshire County Council, we held a Digni-tea event, where we had tea and cakes for all staff. During the event we had a collection and raised £41.11 for the National Dignity Council.

As a team we have encouraged staff to become Dignity Champions and have shared with them the process to get signed up.

We produced and sent out a newsletter for all our providers for them to share their stories and give them ideas for their Dignity Action Day.

We also had a Dignity Tree in our coffee area on the day and the days following the event where people could write what Dignity means to them, we had lots of leaves placed on the tree and people keen to get involved. I have attached some photos of our Dignity Tree with this message.
