We recognise that outstanding care must evolve - we introduced the new international model of palliative/ end of life care into our services with collaboration with St. Christopher's Hospice -

as we believe everyone deserves the right to have a dignified death.

We strive to always provide the best advice possible to all those accessing our services so that important health decisions can be made with the correct information.

Next month we will help celebrate "Digni - Tea " day - and this will be promoted with both the "Outstanding Society " and Care Talk magazines "Movement for Improvement" initiative.
