The British Film Institute and Age Exchange, The National Centre for Reminiscence Arts, present 'Reel Lives: Film, Performance and Memory'.

An event for:

    • Local Authority Councillors
    • everyone interested in developing creative services for older people

Between 11am and 1.15pm two new intergenerational films will be presented. Everyone is welcome to this showing including project participants.

The afternoon session runs between 2.15pm and 4.30pm and is of particular relevance to commissioning managers, reminiscence arts practitioners, students and care service providers to workshop presentations in how to create performance from memory, ethics and practice, and the value of documentary film in creating 'a voice for the people'.Both morning and afternoon sessions must be booked in advance.
