Share for Better Care Campaign - we want your feedback

Our work with CQC and Healthwatch in relation to the Share for Better Care Campaign continues despite the vagaries of political delays and pauses.

Although we have not been able to hold the planned webinar in September we would ask you to hold the date of November 14th when we will hope to be able to share updates on the Campaign as well as showcasing some examples of where things have gone well.  

As part of our work for the Campaign we are keen to find out how easy people find it to actually make a comment or a complaint and to that end we have designed a short survey [should take no more that 5-10 minutes], to explore that. 

We are keen to know for example if people feel there are barriers in the way of making a comment, or has previous experience meant that you now feel reluctant to make even a constructive criticism.
