The care sector regulator has found improvements to awareness of oral health among care home providers – but dentists have warned that resident’ access to dental healthcare is worsening.

CQC have published the findings of a follow up review on the state of oral healthcare in care homes across England, which it said showed improvements in the understanding of how important oral health is to keep people healthy.
