The Single Complaints statement

The Quality Matters Board (at whose meetings we are represented), have launched the Single Complaints statement – below is a link to the documents which can be downloaded from the LGSCO website. 

There are two statements one aimed at users of social care services, their unpaid carers, family and representatives (also available in easy read format) and another aimed at social care practitioners and organisations that commission, arrange and provide social care.
