I am in two minds about asking this question but here goes.
Do you find that senior managers pay lip service to the idea of Dignity Champions?
I ask this because although some managers are very keen to the idea but actually organising it for their individual hospitals up to a point but rarely advertise it because the implications and they do have PALS units.
I have also yet to see the positive side by publicising it out to the public or even their own staff to participate.
