Cancer and people with learning disability

I am Kerry a family project worker with Midland Mencap. We have recently been commissioned with a project by Macmillan, to identify and contact people with a learning disability who are or have been through a cancer diagnosis and their family carers or citizens who have experienced hospital care for other health issues, as someone with LD. To understand their experiences and personalised care and support. To help identify opportunities to improve the provision across the West midlands.
