Dignity Council response to Delivering Digniyt report

Have attached the comments that were submitted by the Dignity Council for your information. We are keen to find ways of enabling Digniyt Champions to contribute to the debate about ensuring that actions arise out of the work and we don't end up with another report tand no change.
