Gender pay gap in care homes

Hey everyone. I am a student at the University of Worcester conducting my Master's level dissertation on "Gender pay gap in care homes in the UK" and would like to extend an invitation to all the care workers currently working in the UK for a short survey which would take a maximum of 10 minutes to fill.

Thanks in advance for your contribution to the survey which would be a lending hand to provide strategic recommendations in overcoming the same issue.

Also what do you think are the factors influencing gender pay gap?
