Yes we need more people to speak out and report unacceptable standards such as these to CQC and their Local Authority who should both look into the situation.

Thankfully in County Durham, whilst carrying out our Quality Band Assessments, we have noticed a huge increase in standards on the whole and I'm very proud of how hard the majority of managers and carers alike work to maintain these.
