Stop ask to enter

Following a dignity champions meeting today I would like to purchase/acquire signs to attach to our curtains in patients rooms, stop and ask to enter
I think I have seen these online any ideas ?

we have these from Ebay like the hotels have on door handles, which say No Entry. also we have touch lights above some doors so when on No Entry. hope this helps. Chris
