Dear Champion

As part of the Dignity Champion registration there is an option to receive emails from our forum. Selecting this option means you receive an email every time someone posts a message on the forum. If you receive emails from the forum you chose this option.

WHY?
This forum email allows you to know immediately when a message has been posted and to reply via email - something many of our Champions have found useful.

WHAT IS CHANGING?
Over the last few months it has become apparent that many of our forum subscribers do not want to receive an email every time a message is posted on the forum. As such we are changing the subscription of all users to Daily Abridged.

WHAT IS DAILY ABRIDGED?
Daily Abridged means you will receive a maximum of ONE email per day IF at least one message has been posted on the forum. But you must reply to messages by visiting the forum.

WANT AN EMAIL EVERY TIME A MESSAGE IS POSTED?
The option to receive an email every time a message has been posted will still be available, but you must login to the website and choose this using the link below.

WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM ALL EMAILS?
If you do not wish to receive any emails from the forum you must login and disable your forum subscription. You can do this by completing the following steps:

1. Click the link below

2. Login using your email and password.
If you don't know your password click the 'Forgotten your password' link.

3. Once you've logged in...
Change your forum email preferences to 'None'. Make sure to click the 'Update' button at the foot of the page when you've made your change.
