dignity in care feedback
hi folks i was wondering if anyone had evised a quetionaire regarding recieving feedback from clients and relatives on the effectivenss of initiatives implemented in any service, i am about to start looking at this but did not want to reinvent the wheel if anyone has one that they would be happy to share i would love to hear from you.

I share your view. I have no idea how to put emails on the network, I
can't even find where everyones profiles are suppose to be. But you
