my 1st days
hi ive been on the case of my fellow collegues since being nominated as a dignity champion and have achieved a lot i think. reminding carers to keep the doors shut when performing personal tasks ive even picked up the duty manager for leaving the door open when he entered the bathroom to check on a residents poorly foot. we have our 1st meeting at work tomorrow with the other 3 nominated champions to discuss plan of action ! were going to be putting up posters and keeping on the tails of fellow carers......
