Andrea Bultitude, Adult Care Services

Andrea Bultitude was a runner up for the Suffolk Dignity in Care Award 2009. Andrea is known within her team as being a committed member of the night team, within her role she promotes and maintains individual's independence. Andrea demonstrates her professional values whilst meeting the needs of all she cares for.

Work colleagues say that Andrea applies person centred care throughout her role, she ensures that each individuals needs are met during the night hours and that the care plans reflect this.

Angie Ingram Laura Bartlett states that:

'Andrea is committed to delivering a high standard of care, she is able to recognise the individual needs of the residents and she is able to advocate on behalf of those she cares for. Andrea has a good working knowledge of caring for people with a diagnosis of dementia and applies this knowledge and her values within her role. The team have never seen Andrea deliver anything other than exceptional care.'
