Dignity & Emergency care

Within the Emergency Care Directorate, United Lincolnshire Hospitals have implemented a series of one day dignity workshops based on the RCN Dignity toolkit, which have been scheduled every two weeks, from April through to July - and will be resumed in September. This workshop is then followed by a short 45 minute review, to facilitate and share ideas for implementation within the clinical environment.

The workshops are facilitated by one of the Emergency Care Matrons, supported by a number of clinical link nurses.

To date 92 staff have attended (a selection of both registered and unregistered clinical staff)
