Eastern Case study 5 - A Dignity Charter

Carewatch have invited all staff members to be involved in the development of their Dignity Charter. A week of workshops, each with a theme that relates directly to the Dignity Challenge, has been well attended. After each workshop each staff member has been asked to write down one piece of good practice that they will take forward into their every day work. The Charter will be developed from these examples of good practice... watch this space
