Thurrock Council Dignity Challenge

Thurrock Council have developed this Dignity presentation based on the Dignity Challenge. The presentation can be used with staff, service users, carers, family, friends or the general public. It can be used across settings as it is not designed for social care settings. The activities are designed to capture views specific to the audiences.

The exercises included in the presentation have a practical value too because they will help you build up a picture of what Dignity in Care means in your area, give you real examples that tell you when Dignity in Care is being delivered and may even help prioritise some actions for you in terms of what means the most to people.

The presentations are designed to communicate what we are talking about in terms of Dignity in Care and to generate discussion around it.
