Where You Are: Dignity in Care > Resources > Share for Better Care
The 'Share for Better Care' campaign aims to encourage more people, particularly people from ethnic minority communities and people living on lower incomes, to feedback about their care.
The insight they provided will help to identify national and local health inequalities and to improve the quality of care provided to everyone.
We want more people to share care experiences. You can use the materials in this toolkit to help you support the campaign.
"The National Dignity Council believe that care should be delivered with kindness, respect and compassion. We are delighted to be working collaboratively with CQC and other partners on the Share for Better Care campaign as this is an invaluable opportunity to provide people with a platform to express their personal experiences of the care they have received. Feedback serves as a direct measure of the quality of care provided, offering insights into areas where improvements may be needed to ensure that all individuals receive care that respects their inherent dignity and fulfils their fundamental human right to being afforded kindness, respect and compassion."
As part of our work for the Campaign we are keen to find out how easy people find it to actually make a comment or a complaint
