"Ye Old Fashioned Sw

We hel an old fashioned sweet shop for the afternoon. Our shop had some posters displaying Cadbury chocolate bars and the price it was back in the 50' & 60's. We had a great selection of sweet that could be easily recognised by our residents.

We had a selection of old fashioned cough sweets, "Lun Jeelers" " Winter Nips" "Grays Herbal Tablets".

For the residents who could not visit the shop, the shop came to then in their room or in the lounge, this enabled all our residents to enjoy the flavour they once had as a child.

Even the local GP popped in and had a taste from the sweet trolley.

It was a great day loved and enjoyed by all at ETON PARK CARE CENTRE.
