Many residents enjoy going out into the local community , this what two of our residents did when we were entered into a prize draw at Bristan a local factory by Jane Hughes one of the residents daughter in laws . We were delighted to be awarded with £250 pounds for the residents funds to spend on what ever they want. To accept this award the activities co-ordinator took along two of our residents to accept their prize who were delighted and happy to be doing this for the rest of the residents in the home they said it was community spirit.
