Dignity Tea Party

The residents at Plane Tree Court Care home in Edgeley, Stockport designed a dignity tree and decorated it with hand made dignity leaves with their own designs on the front and dignity words on the back - such as dignity, independence, rights, consent, hopes, aspirations etc.

We also hosted a dignity tea party and used the opportunity to create more involvement between residents and their families.

This also coincided with our annual quality assurance survey.

Phew! After all this hard work we all finished the day off with a very competitive game of bingo!
