Dignity In Care Celebrations

On 21st February 2019 we celebrated our Dignity in Care Day. We left up the valentines decorations and kept the theme of Love going throughout the day. We invited, friends, families, staff and others from the local community to come along and celebrate with us. We started with a lovely cooked lunch. We than went on to do a quiz "matching the celebrity couples". Everyone was encouraged to fill out a small sentence on a leaf which residents had made, saying what Dignity meant to them. They were then hung on our Dignity Tree. We had entertainment, singing and dancing with Kim and Dave and ended up the afternoon with coffee and cake. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Day.
