Skills for Care - Conversational assessment guidance feedback
TLAP and Skills for Care have developed a guide to using conversational assessment to help any person or organisation wanting to introduce this model of practice into the way they support people.
The guide draws on the learning from over 150 Skills for Care workforce projects and aligns to with TLAP’s values and principles and the Making it Real Framework. It’s been developed for anyone working with people with care and support needs where assessment is part of that support.
