Afternoon Tea party

After the guests arrived (around 20 residents and friends) in one of the care home lounges we all sat down for an afternoon tea party. There was music chosen by the residents, a Karaoke for those who wished to get involved. Residents were singing music from Elvis Presley to classic crooners and traditional Irish folk songs.

Much merriment for all involved and some dancing from a few!

The day was a great chance for the residents to catch up with other residents from other areas within the home they may not be able to see all too often and have a good knees up and sing-a-long.
