Green Heys Tea Party

At Green Heys care home we organised a tea party on valentine's day, to celebrate dignity action day. We thought valentine's day would be a nice day to celebrate dignity action day as we think its all about showing someone you care.

There was a nice selection of chocolates, cakes and beverages for our residents and visitors to choose from, and we also put on a romantic film, and afterwards we played romantic love songs.

After the film and snacks staff and visitors were asked if they would like to add their thoughts on a tag and place it on our 'Dignity tree'. The feedback we recieved was really heartwarming, and it showed just how much everyone invloved in the care of the residents at Green Heys values their dignity.
